I’ve never really seen someone doing sign language wicked fast but I can only assume it’s just as hard to decipher what’s being said as it is when someone talks very fast.

Harder. To many signs are more motion than sign, so moving too fast is like talking fast while drunk as hell WITH a heavy accent. Play it back to the person a few days later and they won’t be able to decipher it either.
