Can any cat shoot their powers out through their hands or is Sandy just a prodigy?
Most elemental-based cats can do that with their abilities right off the bat, it’s a base level thing.
That being said, Ice powered cats tend to produce ice on their hands and not a frost blast very easily (unless you’re some combo of Ice/Wind which means it’s just easy) so it took a bit of tinkering for Sandy to be able to do that
