Stewie’s outburst kinda sounds like something related to the past. I mean, Nullshirt? Does this mean he had problems controlling his powers?
Maybe his abilities first manifest in a very violent way, so the higher ups made him wear a nullshirt until he could get it under control. It seems like in their society, wearing a nullshirt automatically comes with negative connotations, like, “dangerous powers” or “no control”. It would make sense for a young cat to carry that with him and feel like no one trusts his ability to control himself.
