Aaand now I don’t have to draw them for a good while, at least these two versions of them
Their present-day self hasn’t appeared in canon yet, but we’ll get there later.
In the meantime, we’ll start the next chapter next week….that or a quick intermission, I’m posting this page well in advance (it’s 4/2/2020 right now) and by the time it hits this date for real I’ll have a decision made
(also I hope the virus has chilled the hell out by now, I would like to be employed again without risk of dying or transmitting something that’ll kill my parents)
*Offers an E-hug.* This virus, and the reaction/panic surrounding it, have hit a LOT of people hard.
I’m hoping things start calming down with the updated infection rate numbers coming out, given that the virus was more widespread than previously known, and that there are errors in counting deaths. (Pennsylvania removed 200 deaths from the Covid count a couple days ago, among other cases.)
I just want/need things to get back to relative normal, with some extra precautions for those who are most vulnerable to the virus. MOST people will be fine… but those who are vulnerable definitely need extra precautions.
As for the comic… it’s rather interesting to see that changing a timeline is obvious to the time traveler, giving them a direct indicator of how well they’re doing. Granted, it COULD BE because the timeline has changed for the worse, but the stability of the good timeline points to that being false. Also… it’s depressing, so theory not accepted on those grounds either.
Last of all… considering the fight that just happened, had anyone witnesses it and known what was going on, it would have been the perfect opportunity to yell: “Stop hitting yourself! Stop hitting yourself! Stop hitting yourself!” with utter sincerity. 😉
